elastic properties and low modulus. These products are available in width of up to 1400 mm and are sold per meter with a roll

SiL® films are manufactured from solid silicone rubber rather than liquid silicone, which gives advantages in terms of material

adhesion force. This is due to a layer of medical grade reusable silicone gel which could create an interface for hybrid electronic
devices with seamless skin integration. It is stretchable enough to accommodate strains during natural body motion. The product

Compo-SiL® based conductive film is a composite silicone material that uses carbon black fillers with normal silicone rubber, which could be widely applied from EMI shielding to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). The sheet resistance of the films can be adjusted from few ohms/sq to kilo ohm/sq according to the percentage of the conductive filler. Similarly, the stretchability of the film is thus dependent on the amount of conductive filler. The product is available at different thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm, and width up to 1400 mm at almost any length.
