Features
Compo-SiL®Antibacterial Silicone Film (AM-B) ensures no pathogen stick to the silicone surface and hence prevents cross contamination. It is compliant to ISO 22196:2011 and the JIS Z 2801: 2012 standards, and is tested by BOKEN Quality Evaluation Institute.
AM-B is composed of silicone rubber and anti-bacterial fillers like silver. Silver (Ag) carries a very strong positive charge and shows high affinity to negative charge biomolecules. In this case, the structure of negative charge will change, making them unrecognized by the cell, and thus inhibits the growth of bacterial.
